The ticketing provider of this event is ticketreturn.com. Do not purchase tickets from third-party providers---you will pay too much! Advance tickets can be purchased from our website, and attendees have multiple options to redeem tickets: Will-Call, Mobile, Email, or Print-from-home. Tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the show at the gate beginning at 4PM.

On the checkout page where the ticket order is placed, customers have multiple delivery options for tickets. Customers can select from the following:

Mobile: This is the easiest ticket purchasing option. Purchase your tickets on your mobile device, and then log in to your account to download your tickets to your phone. Your tickets will scan at the gate from your mobile device.

Email: Like mobile, email is an easy ticket purchasing option. Purchase your tickets on your mobile device, and then log in to your email account to access  your tickets. Your tickets will scan at the gate from your mobile device.

 

Print-from-home: These tickets can be printed from your home computer. If you encounter an issue during printing, you will be able to redeem your tickets at the will-call booth on the day of the show. You must have the transaction number or the full name of the individual who purchased the tickets, along with a photo ID, in order to redeem your ticket order.

 

Will-Call: These tickets can be picked up at our will-call booth beginning at 4PM on the day of the show. You must have the transaction number or the full name of the individual who purchased the tickets, along with a photo ID, in order to redeem your ticket order.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CHILD TICKETS: Tickets for children are available online for advance purchase. These tickets are only for children 12 years of age or younger. Only children 12 years of age or younger will be admitted with a Child ticket. Gate attendants will be checking all tickets, and ticket holders above the age of 12 will be required to upgrade to an Adult ticket before being admitted. By purchasing a Child ticket, you acknowledge your understanding of this requirement. All ticket sales are final. Please be mindful of this requirement BEFORE purchasing child tickets.

Troubleshooting: In rare instances, an issue can occur during checkout and your credit card will show a pending charge, but no confirmation email will be received by the customer. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your ticket purchase was not processed. In such cases, your credit card is not actually being charged for the sale. You will need to restart your purchase order entirely to obtain your tickets.

Q: Are chairs permitted?

A: Stadium seats and seat cushions are allowed; no other type of chair is permitted.

Q: Will alcohol be served?

A: Yes! You must have a Motor Mile Speedway-issued armband in order to purchase alcohol. We have multiple I.D. check station locations where you can present your valid driver’s license/identification card to receive an armband.

 

Q: Are credit/debit cards accepted at concession stands?

A: Yes! Pulaski County Motorsports Park now offers our patrons the convenience of credit/debit card payments.

 

Q: What is the ticket refund policy?

A: The purchase price of the ticket is only refundable if the event is canceled. Please insure the safe-keeping of your ticket; Pulaski County Motorsports Park cannot replace your ticket if it is lost, stolen or destroyed.

 

Q: At what age is a minor required to have a ticket?

A: Every person two (2) years of age and older must have a ticket to enter. Please note: all minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event.

 

Q: What items are prohibited from entry?

A: To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit, the following items may not be brought into the facility: Weapons of any kind (including knives), Alcohol, Food or beverage, Illegal drugs or other illegal substances, Coolers or containers, Fireworks or pyrotechnics, Animals (except service animals assisting those with disabilities), Chairs with legs, Umbrellas, Noisemakers, Beach Balls, Signs, Banners, Laser pointers, Strobe lights, and/or any other items deemed inappropriate by management. Ticket holder consents to a reasonable, unintrusive search for such items.

 

Q: Are coolers allowed?

A: No. Coolers and any outside food and beverage are prohibited. Pulaski County Motorsports Park strives to provide exceptional food and beverage menu options at a reasonable price. Multiple food and beverage stations will be on site for your convenience.

 

Q: Will I be allowed to re-enter the facility if I leave?

A: Yes. Reentry is permitted during events, but you must produce ticket stub or receipt for reentry. If there is a question about reentry, Pulaski County Motorsports Park suggests checking with gate attendees.

 

Q: Will there be security present?

A: Yes! For the safety, security and wellbeing of our guests, the Pulaski County Sherriff’s office will have a visible presence at all facility events.

 

Q: How is parking handled? Is there a fee?

A: No! Motor Mile Speedway does not charge a parking fee; parking is always free! Parking is first-come, first-serve, for the exception of VIP Parking in LOT A, which requires a parking pass. Parking attendants are available to assist with parking.
